The Junior 7-9 Program is designed to build a strong foundation and improve students coordination. Students will receive an overview of all positions and techniques. Students will also be given explanations of core Jiu-Jitsu concepts and ideas.


Program goals:

Improve movement and coordination
Learn self-confidence and build confidence
Respect for instructors and peers
Develop skills for competition (optional)
