INTRODUCTION

Our Introduction program is designed to introduce the very new student to Jiu-Jitsu. Explain and show the very first steps to be able to join soon the Beginners class. 

Very new White belts only are allowed in this class.

Program goals:

  • Have a first approach to the gentle art.
  • Understand what is Jiu-Jitsu about.
  • Introduce the concepts of balance and mobility.

Curriculum includes:

  • Very basic Jiu-Jitsu concepts, movements, and techniques.
  • Learning of a set up and a submission.
  • Mobility and balance workout.
